- Digital Products (including antivirus software): Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or activated. If you encounter technical issues or are dissatisfied with the product, please contact our support team for assistance, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Digital downloads, once the product has been activated.
- Any items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
3. How to Request a Refund

- Refund requests for printed products must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot process a refund for physical products.
- For digital products, please ensure you have not activated or downloaded the software before contacting us for assistance or a refund request.
4. Processing Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the product was delivered with free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
